Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

We always do our best to help you make the best selections, but we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Wrabyn accepts returns on items that meet the following requirements:

Full priced items are eligible to be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. This does not include items on sale, or purchased at a promotional discount. In order to be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in new, unworn condition and in original packaging with original tags attached. Please note that WRABYN reserves the right to refuse a refund should your items not meet this criteria.

The following items are considered final sale, thus not eligible for return: items purchased on sale, items purchased at a promotional discount, cosmetics and fragrance, intimates/lingerie, and any items purchased during trunk shows or pop-up events.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

We are happy to offer an extended return policy during the holidays. Please note that holiday and gift returns must meet all return policy criteria. Holiday purchases made beginning November 16th, 2025 will be eligible to return for an exchange or store credit only until January 10th, 2026. 

Received a gift from WRABYN and need to return? No problem! Bring it in, or reach out to us before January 10th, and we can assist in finding an alternate item, color, or size, or we can issue a store credit in the original amount. 

FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased in-store must meet the above return policy requirements, and be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date in order to be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

Returns after 7 days from the original purchase date are eligible for store credit only. Returns in any form will not be accepted after 14 days from original purchase date.

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Items purchased online must meet the above return policy requirements, and returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt  in order to be eligible for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt.
