We always do our best to help you make the best selections, but we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Wrabyn accepts returns on regular priced items that meet the following requirements:
The regular priced items item(s) must be in brand new sellable condition, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags still attached. Please note also that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges- no exceptions: Sale items, trunk show items, intimates/lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics/apothecary, hair items, hats or earrings.
For In-Store Purchases:
- Returns must comply with return requirements listed above
- Returns within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment
- Returns after 7 days of purchase are eligible for store credit only
- Returns are not accepted after 14 days of purchase
For Online Orders:
- Full-priced items purchased online may be returned within 7 days of receipt by mail for a full refund
- Your return must be postmarked no later than 7 days after the receipt of your order
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged or worn merchandise may not qualify for a refund, items must meet return requirements listed above
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges on exchanges and returns, we are happy to provide a label via email and will deduct the amount from the return credit.
Holiday Return Policy
- All holiday gifts must be returned in store by January 14th. This policy goes into effect as of November 25th. All gifts must comply with product quality guidelines and will be refunded to store credit which does not expire and can be used online as well as in store. Sale items are still final sale and no returns will be accepted after January 14th without exception.
All eligible returns will be issued in United States dollars (USD) and credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of processing at our store, minus store credit or gift card amounts used to place the original order. Store credit or gift card amounts will go back on your account as store credit.
Items received as a “Gift” are eligible for store credit only, provided they comply with the above requirements.
We do not refund shipping costs. If you need assistance with your return label we are happy to send one via email and will deduct the amount from your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for your package to arrive back to our store.
Exchanges are currently offered in-store only.
For Online Orders: If you wish to try a different item or size, please contact us at email@example.com and your stylist can suggest alternate styles or sizes. We will work with you to return the current item and send out your replacement. If that doesn't work- you will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed, pending its eligibility.
Price Adjustment and Price Matching:
Purchases made prior to sale markdowns are not eligible for a price adjustment. Promotional discounts cannot be applied to a “Sale” purchase. Promotional codes must be applied at time of checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.
Late returns are not accepted for refund, exchange or store credit. No exceptions.
All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment, if you find a product to be defective please notify us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of purchase. Please note that damages as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
