Not happy with your purchase? No problem. Wrabyn accepts returns on regular priced items that meet the following requirements:

1. For Online Orders: You may submit a return request via email to hello@wrabyn.com. Items must be mailed back by the customer within 7 days of delivery date. Sale items listed "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged. 
For In-Store Purchases: Returns to the original form of payment must be brought into the store by the customer within 7 days of purchase. Sale items listed "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged.

If the return date is between 7-14 days after your online order delivery date or in-store purchase date, respectively, we can offer store credit only. After 14 days, all regularly priced items are considered final sale. 

2. The regular priced items item(s) must be in brand new sellable condition, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags still attached. If tags have been removed, the garment is final sale. Please note also that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, no exceptions: Sale items, trunk show items, intimates/lingerie, swimwear, cosmetics/apothecary, hair items, hats or earrings.** 


All eligible returns will be issued in United States dollars (USD) and credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of processing at our store, minus store credit or gift card amounts used to place the original order. Store credit or gift card amounts will go back on your account as store credit. 
Items received as a “Gift” are eligible for store credit only, provided they comply with the above requirements. 

Return Shipping:
We do not refund shipping costs, but if you originally paid for shipping Wrabyn will send you a return label to help you ship any products that did not work back to our store. Please allow up to 7 business days for your package to arrive back to our store.

Exchanges are currently offered in-store only. 
For Online Orders: If you wish to try a different item or size, please contact us at hello@wrabyn.com and your stylist can suggest alternate styles or sizes. We will work with you to return the current item and send out your replacement. If that doesn't work- you will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed, pending its eligibility.


Price Adjustment and Price Matching:
Purchases made prior to sale markdowns are not eligible for a price adjustment. Promotional discounts cannot be applied to a “Sale” purchase. Promotional codes must be applied at time of checkout and cannot be retroactively applied. Wrabyn is unable to accommodate requests to price match other retailers or offer price adjustments.

Late Returns:
Late returns are not accepted for refund, exchange or store credit. No exceptions.

Faulty Goods:
All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment, if you find a product to be defective please notify us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of purchase. Please note that damages as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Note:  Fragrances, Beauty Products, Candles, and Lingerie are not eligible for returns.
